Here are the steps for registration:

1. Open the app link (received on SMS) on Chrome/Safari browser

2. Click on "Register". Enter your 10 digit mobile number/official email ID in lowercase (small letters). Click on submit.

3. You will receive OTP on your mobile/email id. Enter the OTP to set your password.

4. You can now login with your 10 digit mobile number/official email id and new password.
